Overview
How a deal moves through the VALORIO app panel, from setup to buyer Q&A.
The app panel is where a deal actually happens — documents get uploaded, buyer questions get answered, financials get reported, and the AI does most of the first-pass work.
It's built for the people running or supporting an M&A due-diligence process: sell-side teams preparing a company for sale, buy-side teams and advisors evaluating one, and the CFOs, legal counsel, and deal leads on both sides who need fast, well-cited answers instead of a pile of spreadsheets and email threads.
The dashboard
Every deal opens on its dashboard. At first it's a checklist — import your data, generate reports, build a management presentation. Once that's done, it becomes a home base with quick links to invite teammates and manage tasks.

How a deal moves through the app
- 1The deal's data room is set up, with a folder structure for Legal, Financial, HR, TX, and so on.
- 2Data sources are connected, so revenue and expense data starts flowing in automatically.
- 3Reports get generated from that data, and an analysis run scans them for anything worth flagging — a finding.
- 4Findings that need follow-up become tasks, assigned to whoever owns that part of the deal.
- 5Buyers ask questions through the Q&A queue; VALORIO drafts an answer for a human to review and send.
- 6Anything that doesn't fit a standard report gets asked directly through Mesh IQ, which reasons across multiple reports at once.
